  • Get in contact with one of our team by visiting the Contact Us page, or you can call our office and speak with one of the team.


  • We will gather any information we need from social services or health services to help inform our pre- screen assessment. This helps to decided if our services are fit for you.


  • We will then arrange an assessment with you to gain a further understating of your care and support needs.

 

  • We will then make a bespoke individual service design for you. You will then visit our home to see if it is the right place for you.

 

  • We will work with the funding authorities to get funding approved. Following this person will then be able to move into their new home.

Located in the Plumstead area of the Royal Borough of Greenwich, our home is a cosy 4-bedroom terraced house.

It features a comfortable living room, a kitchen/dining area, with one bedroom on the ground floor and two on the second floor.

image001The vacant bedroom, situated on the second floor, is a spacious double room.

The room is furnished with a double bed, television and wardrobes.

The home provides support 24/7 to people with a learning disability. Each person we support has daily one to one support if needed.

Days spent here are filled full of activities, exploring London, and doing the people we supports favourite activities. 

Some of our favourite activities are going to the cinema, gym, swimming, trips to the sea side, visiting the zoo, BBQ's, and many more.
