ABOUT US

Who we are

Homesdale Supported Living is a support provider based in London. We provide bespoke person-centred support to people with a learning disability, autism, mental health conditions and complex needs. We work closely with people we support to offer fully tailored support that is bespoke to them. We believe that the individuality and diversity of people should be promoted and this is embedded within the support we provide. We do not believe in a one-fits-all approach, so we actively encourage people, families, placing authorities, and keyworkers to collaborate in the person-centred plan.

Our story

How we became Homesdale Supported Living

Homesdale has been successfully providing homes since 1998. Over the years, we've recognised the growing need to support the most vulnerable members of our community. This understanding has driven our transition into offering comprehensive Supported Living Services.

Homesdale Supported Living empowers vulnerable individuals by offering them the choice of where they want to live and providing tailored support to meet their specific needs.

Our Journey

We began our journey with just one home in the Royal Borough of Greenwich, aiming to support individuals with learning disabilities in living their best lives. Since then, we have expanded significantly. Today, we offer:

  • Supported Living Homes: For individuals with learning disabilities, autism, and mental health conditions and complex needs
  • Outreach Support: Assisting people in the community to live independently in their own homes.
  • Mental Health Step-Down Homes: For adults transitioning from hospital to more independent living, supporting their recovery and independence.
At Homesdale Supported Living, our goal is to provide personalised care and support, helping individuals achieve greater independence and a higher quality of life
